His Golden Compass
Albert Mohler has some logical thoughts on how to respond to the first of the "His Dark Materials" movies coming out as "The Golden Compass." The essence is that Phil Pullman has an explicitly atheistic/humanistic goal for his books and the movies (think anti-Narnia/LOTR). However, Mohler cautions Christians to view this an opportunity for dialogue and to show Christ's love rather than react with a blanket boycott or other narrow-minded response.
